So here we wait ! But I have nothing but time and with this new site I started we can all leave our comments and get the buzz going again ! Citigroup has my loan now and they are dumb founded what to do ! I think Mike moore should go in front of the offices at Citigroup like he did at AIG and arrest them ! They are all crooks !!!
Still Playing the waiting game !!! Its a new Year Now and 2010 will be a great year for myself and My Family ! I will be updating the latest Info on my case in the first week of Feb ! Citigroup, You better have your ducks in a row !!!

OK. Does anyone know if Ameriquest and American General are affiliated. We also got a claim form but they dont disclose who the loan if through. Plz help!!
We have been fighting our Ameriquest/Citi Residential Lending/Citi Group (1 day) then AHMSI loan since 2004. We have District Court filings from Harris Group and have hired a Law Group here in Florida. Florida is an equity state with no hope for any trial on the foreclosure (it will happen) but we will file after the foreclosure and they sell us off on the court house steps for pennies on the dollar then AHMSI will come after us with a deficiency judgment probably and we will be in KOA for the rest or our lives living in a tent. There is no hope of fighting this but we are going to try to get this to a jury trial and expose all the lies, deception and rotten appraisals and collusion that was going on but it will take time. If any anyone else in Florida is in the process of wanting to or is already going to fight these rats please let me know what you’re doing and how your law group is handling the case.
First we are trying for a modification (give them a chance it is their money we are talking about). If they decide to give a modification I can’t wait to see the terms.
Next, we look for notes and closing notes and request those through the attorney (probably thrown out but we try)
Next, we just go through the credit being destroyed and the foreclosure process concluding here in Florida which is a simple process where the Judge see you have not paid and brings the gavel down on you and the clerk sells off your house at the court house.
Next, you move and then they come after you with a deficiency judgment and you’re in debt again and hounded into the ground for the rest of your life tor pay the difference between what the sell and they can sell low and the loan amount and monies past due. Your option here is to file Bankruptcy and hope for the best. You will not be able to get your credit up for years and you can’t but a home and some renters won’t rent to you because your recent foreclosure and bad credit thus my reference to KOA and tent city. All because a predatory, illegal loan was active on an American middle class family that signs a mortgage maybe every 20 years. So they get fined for predatory lending practices that were illegal and we have to honor the contract and suffer the consequences of it but 48 states say it was illegal to do what they did and their practices were deceptive or they would not have fined them. This whole mess is a joke. I say anyone who originally holds an Ameriquest Loan is able to go to special court, file for recovery and be granted a loan back to where they were and at a percentage that will work for them and the difference between the loan now (illegal) and the new loan is what 650 Billion dollars is for not to keep banks paying out 53 million in benefits to the BOA CEO on his way out. My fight starts now so stay tuned. If anyone else is already in the fight let me know how it is going, information from the grass roots is important to really bring this to the light.
